Last Saturday night, May the 5th Las Vegas might have thought the sun never went down. The full moon was the largest and brightest we have seen in a very long time. This phenomenon is referred to as a Super Moon.

Mother's Day is just around the corning. This is the day where Mothers everywhere get one day to themselves, to be women instead of "Mothers". Now I am not saying being a Mother is a bad thing, just very demanding, most Mothers are the ones that hold the household together, so Mothers deserve a day of relaxation (really a week). In 2009, Chef Jean-Marie Auboine joined the Bellagio AAA Five Diamond resort as the Executive Pastry Chef. In this role, he oversaw the pastry, dessert and chocolate creations for 19 gourmet and casual dining outlets, room service and catering department. Chef Auboine also speaks fluent English, Spanish, Italian and French, which allowed him to effectively communicate with his team of 70 employees, who expertly produced approximately 15,000 pastries each day.

Auboine not only makes the finest chocolate in Las Vegas, but he even shares his knowledge by offering classes and workshops on how to make these amazing treats.

Let's face it the television is the hub of most households in the US. With the busy lifestyles of most families today it is one of the only times families gather together.
