Since we are in Las Vegas, I would make a significant wager that any driver who has to enter or exit I-215 at Eastern Avenue would much rather have a wider, smoother, well-marked and well-lit roadway than some rather unattractive desert landscape. I do not have an aversion to desert landscaping, some can be quite beautiful, but in my opinion, this is quite lacking in style and color.

This year Las Vegas locals have a lot of opportunities to watch fireworks this 4th of July. Since the 4th of July falls on a Monday Las Vegans get to celebrate Independence Day on more than one day. Some events occur on Sunday July 3rd and some on the 4th of July.
